Terms of Service

By accessing or using PornCompiler (porncompiler.com, the "Platform"), operated by Bliss Online Entertainment Inc. (Business Number: 761487628), a corporation registered in Ontario, Canada, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms apply to everyone who accesses or uses the Platform, including visitors and registered account holders. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference.

2. What PornCompiler is

PornCompiler is an index, not a host. The Platform catalogs adult scenes that are published on third-party source sites and records, at the timestamp level, the performers, acts, positions, POV, and framing present in each scene. When you describe what you want, the Platform queries that index, lays the matching moments on a timeline, and stitches a single MP4 for your personal use.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old (21 where required by your local law) to access or use the Platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account, or create an account on behalf of anyone else.

4. Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform if you are under 18, or under the age of majority where adult content is restricted in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to seek, generate, or compile any content involving minors or any person who appears to be a minor — see Section 5.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit compiled output or any part of the index without our written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the index, catalog data, or any proprietary algorithm.
• Circumvent age verification, rate limits, payment systems, or any technical protection.
• Distribute malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the Platform's operation.
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these Terms.

5. Adult content and age verification

This is an adults-only Platform. All content indexed and compiled is intended for adult audiences only.

• You must be 18 or older (21 where required) to use the Platform.
• You affirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to access adult content, and that adult content is lawful where you live.
• Parents and guardians are responsible for restricting minors' access.
• Age verification may be required before you can build or download.

5.1 Zero tolerance: child sexual abuse material

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited and illegal.

• Any content involving a minor (anyone under 18), or anyone who appears to be a minor, in a sexual or suggestive context is absolutely forbidden.
• We index only from source sites that maintain their own legally required age and consent records. If we are ever made aware of suspected CSAM reachable through the index, we remove the entry immediately and preserve and report relevant information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), the FBI, and appropriate law enforcement.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement and will provide relevant data without exception where legally required.

6. Intellectual property and DMCA

6.1 Our rights

• The Platform, its software, index, taxonomy, design, and brand are owned by Bliss Online Entertainment Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.
• We may remove any index entry, suspend or terminate any account, and cooperate with rights holders and law enforcement to address infringement or unlawful content.

6.2 DMCA notice and takedown

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Because we are an index rather than a host, a valid notice results in removal of the corresponding entry from our index (and, where applicable, forwarding to the source site that hosts the material). To report copyright infringement, send a notice to our designated agent that includes:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
• Identification and location (URL) of the indexed material you want removed;
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone);
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

6.3 Counter-notification

If an entry was removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address, and telephone number; a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada; and your signature. If the complainant does not pursue a court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the entry at our discretion. Filing a false notice or counter-notice may carry legal liability.

7. Payment

• The Platform is free to start. Paid compiles are priced per cut.
• Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified. Payments are processed by secure third-party providers; we do not store your full card details and are not responsible for failures, delays, or breaches caused by a payment processor.
• Charges for successfully delivered compiles are final. If a compile fails due to a verified technical fault on our side and no usable file is delivered, contact [email protected] within 7 days and we will re-run it or credit you.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, that any particular scene or moment will be available in the index, or that compiled output will meet your expectations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bliss Online Entertainment Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

• You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time by contacting [email protected].
• We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for any violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or unlawful use, and permanently for any attempt to seek or compile content involving minors.

10. Governing law and disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
• You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected] for at least 30 days before starting any proceeding.
• Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to binding arbitration administered in Ontario, Canada, on an individual basis only. You waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
• Either party may still seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
